Grand Opening at West Ocean

This was from last night. A welcome party to all residents and those that are part of the project.

Great times, hosted bar, tasty hor dourves, jazz trio, stylish desserts, and a solid mix of people.

Couple shots I caught while driving through Palos Verdes the other day at work. Just amazingly sweet views of the Pacific on a bright clear day. Terrible weaving through the side streets to find anything, if there is any trade off to that location.

The other reality of LA

Driving through the not so nice part of town in East Los Angeles near the 110 after an inspection.
I think you have to respect that, working hard to make a better tomorrow. Also, seeing that makes me pause and thankful for all the overflowing blessings in my life.

Condo in the sky

So the paperwork has been signed, and the ink dry. Were Homeowners now. 8th floor of 29 in this tower. westoceanlb.com is the website for the development.
Were looking for a closing date mid next month. Were both very excited, and thrilled.
The whole development will not be complete for another 3-4 months, as tower two is still just about finished.
All kinds of fun stuff comes along with the building, and i'm sure there will be many future posts showing more.

So here's a shot of the kitchen in a place were thinking about buying.
Its actually a condo, so I guess the title is a little misleading.

Here I am getting ready to go out on New years. Current goal for the hair is Brad Pitt in Legends of the fall.

Rose Bowl

The traffic was pretty bad getting in and out of the stadium, but worth it to watch USC stomp those other guys.
Just randomly happened to sit three rows behind Bamose, Jewberg, and Vanhill, Made sure to pop them a couple times with extra Kettle korn and peanuts.
